Our rollers are optimally geared to deliver the strongest crush available to home brewers anywhere in the world.
Non-geared rollers are a problem because they use the grain itself to try and turn the other rollers. This leads to huge variability in crush/ grist distribution which in turn depends on the RPM at which the mill operates.
