Customer Satisfaction
We stand by our products and customers. If you are not satisfied with a MashMaster product please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:

• cancel your service contract with us, and
• refund for the unused portion, or reimbursement for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with the goods or a service does amount to major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to reimbursement for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
These rights are in addition to and not limited by the terms and conditions of our terms and conditions.

This warranty does not cover commercial use, damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing, usage, storage or installation not in accordance with product instructions by an unqualified installer, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, normal wear and tear, act of god, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence; any attempt by any person other than MashMaster personnel or any person authorised by MashMaster, to adjust, repair or support the Products and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by MashMaster. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia and you expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of that State. Purchasing or registering through MashMaster indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions.
